Can I change where my delivery is being sent?

Unfortunately, most retailers are unable to amend a delivery address once an order has been placed.

If your order has not yet been processed, some retailers may allow you to cancel your order so you can place it again using the correct address.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes and we'll do everything we can to help.

Before placing your order, you can choose to have your purchase delivered to your home, workplace or another address during checkout.

If you're delivering to your workplace, please ensure someone will be available to receive the parcel.

Please note that some retailers are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
